Must-have
3-5 years light assembly experience
read detailed manufacturing instructions
visual and dimensional inspection skills
operate manual and automatic machines
maintain safe clean working environment
Nice-to-have
medical device industry experience preferred
ability to train other team members
participation in process improvement teams
familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
IPC soldering certification desired
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Computer proficiency required
Ability to recognize obvious defects in workmanship
