Job Summary

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix support for AV hardware and software across various office environments.
  • Monitor and manage AV support tickets via Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Provide essential end-user computing support, including Computer IMAC activities, PC troubleshooting, and device imaging, configuration, and deployment.
