Job Summary

• This role is central to strengthening controllership across the organization, with primary responsibility for managing and developing scalable financial controls and processes that simplify monthly reviews, enhance controllership rigor, and enable sustainable growth.
• You will partner closely with subsidiary, finance, accounting, and business teams to develop long-term strategies and drive new initiatives that support our mission, while working with key stakeholders and central teams to drive global standardization of metric and reporting definitions.
• Additionally, you will lead and develop an exceptional Accounting team while actively investing in Finance and Accounting citizenship opportunities across the organization.
