Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid RN License issued by Arkansas
12 months acute care hospital experience
6 months direct patient care in past year
Pass pre-screening test with 80% minimum score
Work one major holiday and two weekend shifts
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethics and accountability
Basic computer skills proficiency
Experience with Intensive Care or Surgical Trauma
Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
Valid RN License from State of Arkansas
12 months experience in acute care hospital
6 months direct patient care in past 12 months
Not currently employed by UAMS or terminated >180 days ago
Proof of legal authority to work in United States
