  • Assist with on-site responsibilities including venue walkthroughs, floor plan management, Brand Ambassador briefings, and managing set-up & tear-down.
  • Communicate with a variety of external suppliers in a clear and concise manner to secure the best assets for our clients and inform our project planning.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of event management and execution experience
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations
  • Comfortable speaking in front of peers / stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Willing to travel and have a valid Ontario driver’s license
