The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and reporting all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.
