The successful candidate will lead performance engineering initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in system stability and throughput.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including BAs, SAs, and engineers to embed performance considerations throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle
Define performance test strategies for complex applications
Design load stress endurance spike tests
Establish non-functional requirements with architecture teams
Experience with LoadRunner or Micro Focus Performance Center
Proficiency in AppDynamics monitoring and Kibana
Knowledge of REST SOAP APIs and microservices
Nice-to-have
Experience in Banking Payments domain preferred
Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
Understanding of Kafka MQ message queues
CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins Git
Database AWR analysis skills for Oracle SQL Server
