  • These positions are responsible for acquiring rights of way for highway construction, negotiating and concluding transactions for the right of way required by the Department for primary highway construction.
  • The selected candidate must become a Notary Public from the North Carolina Secretary of State's office within 6 months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
