• Oversee day-to-day operational management, provide technical leadership to a team of application specialists, and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical applications and services for a key client.
• Lead day-to-day operations of Microsoft-based applications and platforms, act as the primary escalation point for complex technical incidents and outages, and oversee incident, problem and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
