The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Key functions include administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply, care plan and assessment, and budget and planning responsibilities.
This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Nursing Degree, at least 2 years of experience preferably in a long-term care facility, and current RN license and CPR certification.
