Responsible for the support, management, and successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
Our Sr. IT Systems Technician is a key contact for customers who need assistance in resolving technical issues, and communicates on incident status, analysis, and solutions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2+ years of relevant prior experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required
Active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (or higher)
Experience with desktop computers, thin clients, and servers’ installation and administration
