Job Summary
This position will aim to serve users and/or patients through any of our channels (telephone, email, or in person) to promptly provide their requirements and those demanded by clients in order to increase the satisfaction and quality of our services.
Key functions include creating, updating, and renewing records in CRM/ClinicApp, validating authorizations, and managing service orders.
