Job Summary

  • This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives across the Organization, assisting in providing change management guidance and support to project teams.
  • The incumbent is responsible for contributing to the development of change management approaches and helping to resolve project delivery issues that impact the change plan to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
  • The position will be hybrid, with the expectation of being onsite at our downtown headquarters at least one day a week (Tuesday) and in hospitals as needed.
