Job Summary
The Behavioral Specialist assists and supports people receiving services in the development of skills, behaviors, and responsibilities needed to live, work, learn, recreate, and socialize with others in the community with the greatest possible degree of self-determination and independence to achieve their personal dreams and goals.
Provide structured educational, skill training, skill development, pre-vocational, and social activities for people receiving services in an assigned facility.
