Key Requirements

  • Prior Occupational Rehabilitation experience essential
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or similar
  • Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management
  • Demonstrated track record of customer management and development
  • Commercial acumen
  • Exceptional organisational skills
