Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, and performance management.
Support submissions to Industrial and EEO Tribunals for the Group as required for the management of individual cases.
