  • The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, and performance management.
  • Support submissions to Industrial and EEO Tribunals for the Group as required for the management of individual cases.

  • Well-developed problem solving ability
