Job Summary
The Proposal Lead is responsible for execution of the proposal process to ensure that all proposals are delivered on time in an efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented manner.
Lead the proposal process for new business opportunities for DPCS, liaising with Business/Project Management, Business Development, Operations, clients, and other key site stakeholders for the timely generation and pricing for proposals, change orders and estimates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Technical field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related Proposals / Project Management role in a CDMO environment
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task at a high level and prioritize
