Base: $105,000.00 - $157,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives possible; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have
In-depth understanding of DoD regulations
Expert knowledge of FAR and DFAR
Experience negotiating government contracts
Knowledge of International Traffic and Arms Regulations
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Nice-to-have
Strong proposal development skills
Excellent problem solving and decision-making
Ability to work independently with stakeholders
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience or Master's/Law degree with 6 years
1+ years of management experience leading teams
At least 5 years negotiating various contract types
Must obtain U.S. Department of Defense Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance positions
