Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • This position requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
