Job Summary
Supervise and mentor a team of three packaging engineers and assistants, ensuring successful development and implementation of packaging solutions for military and commercial equipment.
Read and interpret military and commercial standards to ensure proper mechanical and preservation protection for military equipment during transit and long-term storage.
Collaborate with packaging suppliers to design, procure, and maintain required packaging materials and manage stock and purchase orders.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
