Kinder's is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance at co-pack partners for their growing line of flavor products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance within the CPG industry, and will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Job Summary

  • The Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager will be responsible for quality assurance at our co-pack partners for our high-growth flavor brand and will play a critical role in both defining and driving compliance with our high quality standards across our co-pack network.
  • Key responsibilities include developing quality assurance strategy, co-manufacturing management, audit and compliance oversight, regulatory monitoring, and cross-functional partnership.
  • The role requires advanced food safety technical knowledge, including microbiology, allergens, FSMA, and other food regulations, with a preferred BS in Food Science or related field.
