Job Summary
Provide support to sales team in processing of vehicle sales documents, stock ordering, insurance processing, collection of payments, commission submissions, reports and other administrative functions.
Process and update customer booking data, monitor compliance of documents, prepare payments to JPJ and vendors, and prepare vehicle invoices.
Ensure payment to contractors/suppliers, prepare monthly declaration reports, and monitor vehicle stock ageing.
