Job Summary

  • Provide support to sales team in processing of vehicle sales documents, stock ordering, insurance processing, collection of payments, commission submissions, reports and other administrative functions.
  • Process and update customer booking data, monitor compliance of documents, prepare payments to JPJ and vendors, and prepare vehicle invoices.
  • Ensure payment to contractors/suppliers, prepare monthly declaration reports, and monitor vehicle stock ageing.
