  • Support research activities by performing technical assistance tasks, testing, data collection, and analysis.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance of GC‑FID and GC‑MS equipment, as well as routine maintenance of GC instruments.
  • Develop olfactory and gustatory skills to distinguish between flavors with similar sensory characteristics.
