Job Summary

  • The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
  • Responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, supporting the total shopping environment, processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting with associate training and performance feedback.
  • Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.

Key Requirements
