Job Summary
The Workforce Planning and Intelligence team supports the development and implementation of Human Resources (HR) processes and tools to provide the enterprise with talent and workforce planning data and insights.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining demand/supply forecasting models for critical skills, labor categories, and locations, and driving scenario planning.
The role involves establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor success and outcomes, and driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in planning processes.
