Job Summary
Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety.
Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program in accordance with current rules and regulations, including TB management and bloodborne pathogen standards.
Conduct staff education on hand hygiene, PPE, and aseptic techniques, and serve as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
