The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have substantial experience in program design and evaluation within an NGO setting

Job Summary

  • Lead the development and implementation of a MEAL system for the Able to Thrive Project, including data collection and reporting tools.
  • Provide technical leadership in reporting and communication, producing regular reports and documenting best practices for disability inclusion.
  • Build capacity of staff and stakeholders in community-based monitoring, GESI DM&E toolkit, and project transition.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to design MEL Plans, DM&E tools, surveys, and evaluations
