Must-have
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
5 years quality engineering experience
Root cause analysis implementation
ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards knowledge
Schematic drawing interpretation skills
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma and Lean methodology expertise
ASQ certification (CQE, CSQE, etc.)
Strong supplier relationship management
DoD product oversight experience
Excellent communication and influence skills
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active DoD Secret security clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
5 years experience in quality engineering or manufacturing
