Job Summary

  • The Case Manager for the Minds Alive program provides both intensive long term outreach support and or short-term assistance for children/young people and their families where the child or young person is affected by or at risk of mental illness.
  • As a Case Manager, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
