The Global Power+ Graduate Program is a flagship early career rotational program offering exposure to different roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions within Hitachi Energy.
The program offers a unique learning and career development experience with three six-month rotations, totaling 18 months, with the possibility of an international rotation.
Participants will join as full-time employees, taking ownership of their career development and gaining a well-rounded business understanding to fast-track leadership potential.
