Job Summary
Ensures compliance of products and processes with corporate standards, customer requirements, and ISO norms, owning plant quality performance and the full customer claims process.
Maintains and improves the plant Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and MillerKnoll Quality Procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Supports HSE activities by acting as ASPP, ensuring compliance with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) and MillerKnoll Safety Procedures, working in coordination with the RSPP.
