This role is responsible for all aspects of managing production Charles River IMS systems for multiple Clients as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (Saas) offerings.
Responsibilities include providing expert level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions, including user administration, parameter configuration, performance tuning, and operational processing support.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years relevant industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in technical or analytical discipline preferred
Experience with Financial Services Investment Management systems
Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database
