Job Summary

  • This position leads and supports direct caregivers by influencing clinical practice and organizational processes for optimal care outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing workflow processes for RNs and MAs and working with the team to optimize patient and staff experience, trauma informed care delivery and helping out with clinical tasks as needed.
  • The position monitors practice to ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting agency standards and participates in hospital committees and the performance improvement process.
