3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations
Comfortable influencing and partnering cross-functionally at all levels
