The District Sales Manager, Spine is responsible for managing unit and revenue goals, developing strategies, training employees, and coordinating sales efforts within an assigned district.

Base: $145,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and annual long-term incentive plan; Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Must-have
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
Extensive travel within assigned territory
Field-based sales and territory management
Customer focused quality (CFQ) concepts
Sales and personnel management
Ability to work in OR and hospital labs with radiation exposure
Nice-to-have
Spine sales experience
Experience with Neuroscience products
Marketing and training experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years relevant sales experience or advanced degree with 3 years sales and leadership experience
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to lift 20 pounds and wear lead apron for extended periods
Extensive travel including overnight stays
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization for roles below Principal level
