Job Summary
The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Four years HVAC journeyman experience or equivalent
EPA 608 certification
4-6 years relevant work experience
Valid state driver’s license
CMMS/BMS experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
