Job Summary

  • The Director provides strategic leadership for varsity sport programs within the U SPORTS framework, focusing on competitive excellence, coaching leadership, student-athlete success, and compliance.
  • This role fosters a culture of integrity, equity, inclusion, and respect, while overseeing budgeting, fundraising, community engagement, and collaboration with university and external partners.
