Job Summary

The Director will lead a portfolio of strategy projects from end-to-end, including scoping, workplan development, problem-solving, and presenting results to executive leadership.
This role involves people leadership for a team of strategists and office leadership to improve team effectiveness and satisfaction, with a minimum 3-day per week in-office requirement in Pittsburgh or Buffalo.
