The Technical Lead will manage the technical interface between the company and external partners to ensure drug substance tech transfer and commercial manufacture.
This role requires proactive assessment of process risks and providing guidance on process improvement and capacity optimization within the small molecule line of business.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Small Molecule API process production, development, and technical transfer with GMP compliance.
