The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and assist with moving
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
