Job Summary

  • The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the local face of Mom’s Meals throughout Michigan, working directly with healthcare providers, case managers, social service agencies, and individuals to promote and facilitate the growth and access to Mom’s Meals.
  • This position reports to the Manager of Healthcare Partnerships and is responsible for driving an increase in HDM referrals from a variety of organizations throughout Michigan.
