• This role supports the Research & Development division's Capital COE, focusing on Capital Planning, Reporting, Lab Asset Management, and Fixed Asset Controls.
• Responsibilities include leading budget and forecast discussions for a ~$100M/yr LAMP budget, completing monthly close activities, and improving financial reporting dashboards.
• The position offers end-to-end exposure to capital, LAMP, and fixed asset systems, developing analytical skills, and gaining project and change management experience.

Key Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar role
• Experience with financial forecasting process
• Solid analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Strong technical skills, especially Excel and PowerBI
