Job Summary
As Director of Product Management, Banking + AP, you will define and drive the strategy for one of Brex’s most critical domains: the Operating Account platform — the combination of Banking and Accounts Payable that makes Brex the place customers run payments from day one.
You will set multi-year platform strategy, lead and develop a team of Product Managers, and partner deeply with Engineering, Design, GTM, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external banking partners.
Define success metrics tied to company outcomes such as operating account attach rate, DDA balance growth, AP transaction volume, revenue expansion, margin improvement, customer retention, risk loss rates, and operational efficiency.
