• You will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings remain safe, reliable, and technically up-to-date by performing classic caretaker tasks and technical maintenance.
• The role includes maintenance, control, repair work, and participation in a rotating technical on-call service to support over 80 properties managed by the company.
