The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them within the facility.
