The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience, particularly in accommodation management, and a strong understanding of relevant employment legislation

Job Summary

  • This hybrid role involves approximately 50% of your time leading and consulting on employee and candidate accommodations, and 50% providing people consulting support on performance, policy guidance, and manager coaching.
  • You will partner directly with people leaders and employees to provide performance support, reasonable accommodation guidance, and practical coaching, acting as trusted advisors to the business.
