Job Summary

  • The Case Manager is responsible for directly managing cases of children at risk of and/or affected by violence, neglect, abuse, and/or exploitation, providing individual counseling and psychosocial activities for children and their families.
  • The role involves facilitating workshops using the 'Ahora Soy Más Fuerte' (FACE) methodology with children and adolescents, adapted to their ages and contexts, to prevent violence and strengthen resilience.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining detailed and confidential case files in CPIMS, updating workshop records in CommCare, and contributing to monthly project reports.
