Job Summary

  • This key leadership role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop both their technical and leadership capabilities, while creating a meaningful impact on the HR operational efficiency and associate experience within Brunswick.
  • The role is also the key liaison between HR and the IT organization, responsible for evaluating and implementing a clear and cohesive technology framework, centered on Workday.
  • In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings.
