Job Summary
Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end processing of corporate action events including dividends, rights issue, stock splits, tender offer and mergers across multiple markets
Review and interpret announcements from exchanges, custodians, and issuers, ensuring accurate assessment and execution of events
Perform reconciliation of entitlements (cash and securities) against records received from custodians to ensure completeness and accuracy
