Job Summary

  • Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager leads the design and delivery of strategies, programs and initiatives that build organisational capability, strengthen performance, and create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
  • Lead organisational-wide cultural change initiatives to bring our aspirational culture to life and oversee the update and implementation of the Leadership Capability Framework across Mercy Health.
